Circle of Success

This is a one-hour presentation where students learn strategies on how to maintain a healthy school/work-life balance. This presentation allows students to bring all areas of their life into a state of equilibrium.

It is no secret that how we feel on the inside is congruent with how we operate on the outside.

In this workshop students will gain the knowledge know-how and confidence to;

• Connect better with themselves, others, and the environment

• Identify imbalances in different areas of life

• Better understand thoughts feelings and emotions

• Self-regulate when feeling challenged, triggered, or uncomfortable

• Deliver hard conversations through nonviolent communications techniques

• Make big, practical steps towards goals

• Minimise negative self-talk

Student will also receive a take-home resource that allows them to identify exactly which areas of life need some attention.
